| WARRANTY: These floorings are designed and produced using advanced technology and the strictest quality controls in each step of the manufacturing process, from the selection of raw material from FSC certified plantations to the final packaging of the goods. This is to assure you the joy of an excellent pre-finished hardwood floor, with a great appearance, easy to install and maintain, and with exceptional durability. When installed with the specified materials and following the manufacturer and distributor’s instructions, we feel confident and proud to back our products with a comprehensive 25 YEAR LIMITED GUARANTEE PROGRAM, that includes PRODUCT: The flooring will meet all established National Wood Flooring Institute quality standards specified for each product category. Although these standards permit up to a 5% defect rate, our actual rate is less than 2%--an amazing rate that puts us in a class of the finest products in the world. LIFETIME STRUCTURE: In accordance with National Wood Flooring Institute standards, the flooring will be free of any manufacturing defects caused by improper milling, grading, assembling, staining or coating. MOISTURE: The flooring to remain structurally sound under normal moisture conditions if the maintenance and installation guidelines are properly followed to include acceptable pre-installation moisture content of slab/sub-floor. FINISH: Our “ULTRA-WEAR” factory applied UV cured surface finish on the pre-finished hardwood floor will not wear through or separate from the wood for 25 years, from the date of purchase, when used under normal residential traffic conditions or as long as you follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance procedures. |

This symbol identifies products which contain wood certified in accordance with the rules of the FSC©. 100% of the wood used in manufacturing
this product comes from certified plantations.
Installation: Suitable for floating (ENGINEERED ONLY) , nail-down (staples over plywood sub-floor) or glue down application over sealed
concrete slab using Urethane based adhesive and companion sealer. Slab must meet industry accepted standards for level (variation less than 1/8”
per 10 feet) and moisture (cured at least 60 days, moisture less than 5% TRAMEX).
Special Characteristics: Due to the unique nature of Teak, it is the most dimensionally stable wood in the world and is suitable for use in areas
of high humidity and more extreme environmental condition.
Cleaning Instructions: Dust as required with standard equipment. May be cleaned as required with DAMP (not wet) mop with mild floor
cleaning solution. Commercial quality hardwood floor cleaners may also be used such as TARQETT floor cleaner.
Shine may be refreshed with BONA KEMI “Refresher” annually.
